The challenge
The same fitting has to serve for manufacturing, for simulation and for showing on screen, and each use asks for something different: dimensional accuracy, a mesh that behaves well when computing and a lightweight model that loads in a browser. Modeling the same part three times multiplies the work and the errors.
The solution
Maurer Labs models each fitting once, with clean topology and optimized geometry, and derives the production, simulation and visualization versions from it. The models on this page are served as glTF with their wireframe, so the mesh can be inspected right in the browser.
