Does the software run in the browser or does it need installing?
In the browser. The Kumbra Yachts configurator and the clinical viewer for CD Ortosan are used from the web, with no installation. When a customer needs it, we also build on-premise versions.
What do you need to start a 3D configurator?
The product's 3D or CAD models, the list of options and the compatibility rules between them. If the models are not ready for the web, we optimize them ourselves.
Can you start from our CAD models?
Yes. We convert and optimize CAD models and heavy meshes to web formats such as glTF, with clean topology and the level of detail each use needs.
What does the cost of custom 3D development depend on?
On the number of models and options, the rules between them, the integrations with other systems (ERP, CRM, product website) and the platforms it has to run on. With that information we prepare a phased proposal.
